While AI can provide a starting point to help improve your CV, application, cover letter or even help you with interview answers, it's not the whole answer and needs using carefully.
Unfortunately AI tools make it really easy to send out lots of pretty average applications very quickly. This floods employers with a lot more applications making it really time consuming to find the really stand out candidates, and they will explore smarter ways to identify genuine, thoughtful applications. You need to ensure that your application stands out!
Bear in mind some employers encourage use of AI, and others will will not permit its use, so it's important to be fully aware where you stand before you start .
